This CoolConnect ™ technology consists of vacuum jacketed, male/female bayonet structure specially designed for cryogenic liquid/gas transfer and cryogenic moving seals.

 

Now, anyone can connect/disconnect cryogenic transfer lines to any storage tank or liquefier's charge/discharge/drain port without safety gloves, special tools or strong muscles.

During any cryogenic fluid transfer between tanks, evaporation of transferred liquid is unavoidable due to temperature difference between transferred liquid and the receiver tank. In particular, when a receiver tank is close to room temperature, evaporation of transferred liquid is rigorous, and evaporated gas turns into significant fluid loss, if not captured or recovered properly.

 

In traditional cryogenic fluid transfer exercise, the loss of evaporated gas has been indispensable and a cause of safety issue as well as loss of valuables. In order to minimize or completely remove the loss, H2prime has developed the Zero-Loss-Transfer™ technology that capture or recover 100% of evaporated gas during any liquid transfer by use of CoolConnect multi-channel quick coupling device.
